Your ability to mitigate security and operational risks is complemented by your excellent communication skills, both oral and written. What you'll do
In this role, you will work at Amazon's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), where you will coordinate crisis management and facilitate responses to significant workplace incidents. You will monitor regional geopolitical and security risks, providing expertise and assistance with alarm monitoring services for Amazonβs locations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues with alarm access control systems and issuing credentials to critical data locations.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight across the Amazon Supply Chain network. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers and law enforcement, requiring you to exemplify Amazon's commitment to customer service. You will be responsible for resolving escalated issues and ensuring that all delivery experiences meet Amazon's high standards.
