What you'll do
In this role, you will work at Amazon's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), where you will be responsible for managing contacts with law enforcement, customers, and drivers. You will coordinate crisis management responses to significant workplace incidents and assist with alarm monitoring services for Amazonβs regional locations. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues with alarm access control systems and issuing credentials to critical data locations.
You will be expected to bring strategic solutions to operational challenges and work collaboratively with various teams to enhance security measures across the Amazon Supply Chain network. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and safety of transportation operations, ensuring that freight is picked up and delivered on time.
