What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) team, which is crucial to the transportation network across Amazon's supply chain. You will be responsible for managing contacts with law enforcement, customers, and drivers, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently. Your role will involve monitoring security risks and coordinating responses to incidents, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of Amazon's operations.

You will also assist in crisis management coordination and facilitate responses to significant workplace incidents. Your ability to troubleshoot issues with alarm systems and manage access control will be essential in maintaining security across Amazon's regional locations. You will play a key role in ensuring that the delivery process remains hassle-free and timely, supporting the operational needs of the business.
