What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) team, which is vital to the transportation across Amazon's Supply Chain network. You will work closely with various regions, including the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, India, and many countries within the EU, ensuring hassle-free and timely pick-up and delivery of freight. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues with alarm access control systems and issuing credentials to critical data locations.

You will coordinate and facilitate crisis management responses to significant workplace incidents, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed. Your ability to communicate effectively with law enforcement and other stakeholders will be key in resolving issues that arise during delivery experiences. You will also monitor and assess security risks, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational safety.
