You have the ability to concentrate on customer issues without distraction until resolution is achieved. You thrive in both team environments and independent settings, demonstrating flexibility in your work style. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer is essential, along with excellent typing skills. You are proficient in navigating websites and have a solid understanding of email applications. Experience in logistics or a similar role is a plus.

What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative, you will serve as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners, embodying the Amazon brand in every interaction. You will be responsible for identifying delivery partner concerns and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Your role will involve providing prompt and efficient service to both Amazon customers and delivery partners, ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally. You will manage sensitive cases by adhering to the escalation matrix and reporting issues as necessary. Your time-management skills will be crucial in maintaining or exceeding targeted performance metrics. You will actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends that can lead to process improvements. Your contributions will help enhance the overall efficiency of our operations and improve the experience for our delivery partners.
