Who you are

You are a recent graduate with a degree in any specialization from a recognized university. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to interact effectively with customers and delivery partners. Your comprehension skills enable you to understand and articulate customer issues clearly, ensuring that you can follow through to resolution without distraction. You thrive in both team environments and independent work settings, demonstrating the ability to manage sensitive cases and escalate issues appropriately. Familiarity with Windows XP and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential for your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative at Amazon, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our delivery partners, embodying the Amazon brand in every interaction. Your responsibilities will include identifying and troubleshooting delivery partner concerns, providing prompt and efficient service to both customers and partners. You will actively seek solutions through logical reasoning, identifying trends that can lead to process improvements. Maintaining or exceeding targeted performance metrics will be a key aspect of your role, as will effectively managing sensitive cases by adhering to the escalation matrix. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally at all times, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and satisfied with the service provided.
