What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon's delivery partners, embodying the Amazon brand in your interactions. You will be responsible for identifying delivery partner concerns and troubleshooting issues that arise, ensuring that you provide prompt and efficient service. You will manage sensitive cases by adhering to the escalation matrix, reporting issues as necessary to maintain service quality.
