You are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You possess strong time-management and organizational abilities, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities enable you to tackle challenges effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as is a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in logistics or transportation is preferred, along with a background in customer service or stakeholder management. Familiarity with shipping and tracking systems, as well as knowledge of supply chain operations, will be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a Transportation Specialist I at Amazon, you will serve as a crucial liaison between Amazon, SWA Shippers, stations, and delivery partners. Your responsibilities will include monitoring real-time tracking IDs for pending deliveries and coordinating with stations for shipment rescue operations. You will collect and communicate station feedback to shippers and process shipper requests for specific tracking IDs. Additionally, you will generate and share performance reports while handling time-sensitive escalations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient delivery execution while maintaining service excellence.
