What you'll do

As a Transportation Specialist I, you will serve as the crucial liaison between Amazon, SWA Shippers, stations, and delivery partners. Your responsibilities will include monitoring real-time tracking IDs for pending deliveries and coordinating with stations for shipment rescue operations. You will collect and communicate station feedback to shippers and process shipper requests for specific tracking IDs. Additionally, you will generate and share performance reports and handle time-sensitive escalations, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and operations are executed efficiently.
