You are fluent in both Hindi and English, which enables you to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. You are proactive in seeking solutions and can manage sensitive cases by following the escalation matrix. What you'll do
As a Transportation Representative, you will serve as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. Your responsibilities will include providing timely resolutions to issues by researching and querying internal tools. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent time-management skills while managing sensitive cases and reporting up the escalation matrix. You will actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with delivery partners and Amazon customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
