What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative, you will serve as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners, embodying the Amazon brand in every interaction. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating with delivery partners to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. You will be tasked with researching and querying internal tools to provide timely resolutions to problems, ensuring that customer experience is prioritized without compromising on time. You will actively seek out trends in delivery partner concerns and suggest process improvements based on your findings. Your role will also involve managing sensitive cases and reporting them through the appropriate escalation matrix, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
