You have extensive experience in customer solutions management, particularly within the cloud services domain — your background includes guiding clients through complex cloud transformations and ensuring their success in adopting AWS. You excel at fostering collaboration among diverse teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to achieve customer objectives. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with both clients and AWS leadership, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.

You are adept at translating strategic account plans into actionable steps — you understand the importance of operational governance and education in a successful cloud journey. Your ability to manage reporting functions and track progress against key milestones is a testament to your organizational skills. You thrive in environments where you can lead training sessions and facilitate onboarding processes for clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize AWS services effectively.

Desirable

Experience with cloud technologies beyond AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with financial services. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding AWS clients through their cloud adoption journey, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for success.
