You have a strong background in customer solutions management, particularly in cloud services, with a focus on guiding clients through their cloud transition journeys. Your experience in large-scale cloud transformations has equipped you with the skills to effectively collaborate with various teams to achieve client success. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with both clients and AWS leadership effectively. You are adept at managing complex projects and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned towards common goals.

You understand the intricacies of cloud operations, education, and governance, and you are passionate about helping clients navigate their AWS adoption journey. Your ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans is a key strength, allowing you to drive results and foster collaboration among diverse teams. You are proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support throughout their cloud journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding AWS clients through their multi-year cloud transition, ensuring that all AWS teams work together efficiently to deliver results. You will act as a crucial partner for clients, leveraging your expertise in cloud transformations to assist them in their AWS adoption stages. Your responsibilities will include managing the cadence of reporting and tracking progress, as well as developing educational plans and roadmaps that align with business outcomes. You will facilitate key meetings and events, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process.

You will also be tasked with transforming strategic initiatives into executable actions, working backwards from key milestones to ensure that client objectives are met. Your role will involve close collaboration with sales, support, solution architecture, and professional services teams to plan and support significant workload migrations. You will play a vital role in driving client success and satisfaction, making sure that their transition to AWS is smooth and effective.

What we offer

Amazon provides a competitive salary range of CAD 99,900.00 to CAD 166,900.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a registered retirement savings plan (RRSP), a deferred profit-sharing plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional resources aimed at enhancing health and well-being.
