Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in the private sector landscape of Montreal. You understand the transformative potential of frontier AI and can navigate the unique requirements of organizations in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to build trust and act as a strategic partner is key to your success in this role.

You are adept at guiding organizations through the complex journey of AI adoption, ensuring that solutions are implemented in secure and regulated environments. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey the value of AI technologies to diverse stakeholders, from large enterprises to startups and scaleups.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for Cohere's most strategic commercial accounts, helping them leverage frontier AI to enhance their operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive measurable impact. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation process, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the solutions provided, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product, to ensure that client feedback is integrated into future developments. Your role will also involve educating clients on best practices for AI adoption and usage, helping them to maximize the value derived from Cohere's offerings.
