With your experience, you can effectively represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with various teams to enhance AWS offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Connect team as a GTM Specialist Solutions Architect. You will be responsible for driving revenue and adoption from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. Your key responsibilities will include leading the curation of custom feature requests based on unique customer use cases and collaborating with field and central teams to relay customer feedback to product teams. You will also develop go-to-market plans that align with customer needs and help accelerate the adoption of AWS services.
