Job Description
Who you are
You are a bilingual professional fluent in both French and English, ready to engage with employees and managers in a customer-focused environment. You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively address HR queries and provide assistance. You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of identifying gaps in documentation and processes, striving for continuous improvement in customer service. You are adaptable and can work remotely from various locations, including Romania, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a variety of HR-related inquiries through phone, live chat, email, and internal case management systems. You will take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring that each query is resolved with a high degree of customer focus. You will refer to existing documentation to resolve issues and escalate cases when necessary. Your responsibilities will also include identifying areas for improvement in internal processes and supporting documentation, contributing to a better overall experience for employees.
