You are a bilingual professional fluent in both French and English, ready to engage with employees and managers in a customer-focused environment. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively address HR queries and provide clear guidance. You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying gaps in documentation and processes, striving for continuous improvement in customer service. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all internal customers. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to grow your skills in a dynamic HR environment. You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a variety of HR-related queries through phone, live chat, email, and internal case management systems. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring that inquiries are resolved with a high degree of customer focus. Your responsibilities will include handling questions related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, and terminations. You will refer to standard operating procedures and frequently asked questions to provide accurate information, escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement in documentation and processes, contributing to the overall enhancement of customer service within the HR Contact Center team. You will collaborate with your team and report to a Team Manager, ensuring that all employee contacts are managed efficiently and effectively.
