Your customer-focused mindset drives you to take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each interaction is resolved with care and attention. You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying gaps in documentation and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, addressing employee lifecycle questions related to benefits, payroll, onboarding, and terminations. You will utilize standard operating procedures and frequently asked questions to resolve queries, escalating issues when necessary. Your responsibilities will include managing absence reporting requests and ensuring that all employee contacts are handled efficiently. You will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement in customer service and documentation, contributing to a better experience for all internal customers.
