What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing their HR-related queries through various channels such as phone, live chat, and email. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring that issues are resolved with a high degree of customer focus. You will refer to documentation and standard operating procedures to provide accurate information and escalate issues when necessary. Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement in the supporting documentation and internal processes, contributing to enhanced customer service. Your role will involve processing absence reporting requests and assisting with employee life-cycle queries related to benefits, payroll, onboarding, and terminations. You will work closely with your team manager to ensure that all contacts are handled efficiently and effectively.
