You are adaptable and can work remotely from various locations within Romania, Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic. You are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every employee contact is handled with care.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing their HR-related queries. You will handle inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, leave of absence, and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include referring to documentation to resolve issues and escalating cases when necessary. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring that it is resolved with a high degree of customer focus. You will also identify gaps in existing documentation and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the HR Contact Center. You will work closely with your team manager to ensure that the service provided meets the high standards expected by Amazon.
