Who you are

You are a proactive individual with a strong customer service orientation, capable of handling HR queries in both German and English. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively assist employees and managers through various channels such as phone, live chat, and email. You are detail-oriented and can identify gaps in documentation and processes, striving to enhance the level of customer service provided. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can adapt to the needs of a diverse workforce across multiple countries.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing their HR-related queries regarding benefits, payroll, onboarding, and terminations. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring that issues are resolved with a high degree of customer focus. Your responsibilities will include referring to documentation to resolve queries, escalating issues when necessary, and continuously seeking ways to improve internal processes and customer service. You will also be involved in processing absence reporting requests and maintaining accurate data management practices.
