You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and adapt to new processes. You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information. You are comfortable using various communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email, to provide support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing their HR queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, and onboarding. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring that inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will refer to documentation and standard operating procedures to assist employees and escalate issues when necessary. Additionally, you will identify gaps in existing documentation and processes, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the HR Contact Center team. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience and ensure that employees receive timely and accurate information.
