What you'll do

As a Data Center Facility Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data centers — this includes managing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing facility performance. You will lead a team of front-line responders, providing guidance and support to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement new technologies and work practices that enhance operational efficiency — your role will involve testing and evaluating these innovations to ensure they meet the demands of a rapidly changing market. You will also be involved in strategic planning for future facility needs, ensuring that our data centers remain at the forefront of technology.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as necessary — you will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that our facilities operate at peak efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all operational costs are kept within established limits.
