What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the data center’s critical physical infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. You will manage on-site teams of 24x7 shift technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include driving a culture of safety and security within the team, hiring, coaching, and promoting team members to foster a high-performing environment.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining service level agreements and ensuring that all work performed within the site is done to high quality without impacting internal or external customers.
