What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the data center’s critical physical infrastructure, maintaining high availability and performance. You will manage on-site teams of 24x7 shift technicians, ensuring that all work performed adheres to established practices and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include driving a culture of safety and security within the team, as well as hiring, coaching, and promoting team members. You will be responsible for the team's career development and performance management, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of a changing market.
