You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams of engineers and driven performance levels to meet the fast-paced demands of data center operations. Your experience includes maintaining existing data centers and assisting in the construction and launch of new facilities. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of adhering to health and safety standards in all operations. You are skilled at creating and maintaining metrics that provide insights into data center performance, using these metrics to implement positive changes. Desirable

Experience with cloud computing technologies and familiarity with incident management methodologies would be advantageous. A background in process optimization and performance metrics is also beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Manager at Amazon, you will lead and develop teams of engineers, providing both technical and leadership expertise.
