What you'll do

As the Data Center Operations Manager, you will be operationally responsible for a data center, overseeing the performance of a diverse team of data center operation professionals. You will prioritize and assign trouble tickets to technicians and operators, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your leadership will guide the team in managing day-to-day operations, including queue management and hardware logistics, to maintain a high level of service.

You will develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, including managing shift arrangements and ensuring that all team members are adequately trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and addressing any challenges that arise in the data center environment.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to operational processes and procedures, ensuring that all team members have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively. Your innovative mindset will help you identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall performance of the data center.
