What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining AWS data centers. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure optimal performance. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to address complex issues and contribute to the overall efficiency of the data center operations.
You will be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently. Your role will also require you to participate in an on-call rotation, providing support during critical incidents and ensuring minimal downtime for AWS services.
