Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of hardware and network diagnostics — you thrive in environments where you can troubleshoot and repair physical equipment to ensure seamless operations. You enjoy working in a team setting and are eager to collaborate with engineers and specialists across various domains to maintain high standards of safety and security.

You have a foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and are excited about the opportunity to support the backbone of global cloud services. Your ability to adapt and learn quickly will help you excel in this role, as you will be exposed to a variety of technologies and challenges.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global infrastructure — your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repairs. You will participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring that data center operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to tackle complex challenges that impact the supply chain. Your contributions will help ensure that millions of businesses and services worldwide have continual access to the innovative technology platform that AWS provides.
