What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of a 7x24 roster duty, ensuring that data center operations run smoothly at all times. You will act as the first responder to incidents, providing onsite hands-on support to resolve issues quickly. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems according to established guidelines, ensuring that all media operations are maintained properly. You will also be involved in capacity landing and decommissioning processes, adhering to operational protocols. Maintaining tidiness in operation areas is crucial, as it contributes to a safe and efficient working environment. You will have the opportunity to innovate and share your insights from daily operations to enhance overall efficiency.
