What you'll do
As the Data Center Operation Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Data Center Technicians, focusing on their development and performance management. You will oversee the daily operations of the data center, ensuring that all systems, hardware, and network devices are maintained and functioning optimally. Your role will involve managing ticket queues, shift arrangements, and hardware logistics to ensure efficient operations.
You will drive improvements in team processes and technology innovation, implementing automation where possible to enhance efficiency. Monitoring operational KPIs and metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all targets are met and that the data center operates at the highest standards of safety and security. You will also be responsible for managing outages and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
