What you'll do
As a Data Center Operation Technician, you will be part of a 7x24 roster duty team, ensuring the smooth operation of data center activities. You will act as the first responder to incidents, providing hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve issues according to established guidelines. Your responsibilities will include break-fix operations, media handling, and capacity management, ensuring that all processes are followed meticulously. You will also contribute to site management, maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas. Your insights from day-to-day operations will be valuable in innovating and improving efficiency within the team. You will collaborate closely with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists, to uphold the highest standards of service for AWS customers.
