What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for 7x24 roster duty in data center operations, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. You will act as the first responder to incidents, providing onsite hands-on support to resolve issues quickly. Your duties will include break-fix troubleshooting according to established process guidelines, as well as maintaining proper media handling operations. You will also be involved in capacity landing and decommissioning tasks, ensuring that all operations are tidy and well-managed. Your contributions will help innovate and improve day-to-day operations, making a significant impact on the efficiency of the data center.
