What you'll do

As a Data Engineer at Amazon, you will play a key role in advancing the 3 Year Data Infrastructure Modernisation strategy. You will support and migrate data analytics use cases, integrating new components into established architecture while ensuring scalability and governance. Your responsibilities will include component design and implementation using AWS services, as well as engaging in cross-team collaboration to adopt designs from other teams. You will contribute to the decision-making process regarding whether to buy or build solutions, evaluating the feasibility of adopting new products and features.

You will be involved in system design, focusing on creating a unified data access platform that adheres to modern data architecture principles. Your role will require you to work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with business objectives and user needs. You will also be responsible for tracking production-level deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
