You have a proven track record of driving customer success through their cloud journey — you understand the importance of adhering to best practices and optimizing performance while managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that align with their technical requirements and business objectives. You will lead the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices while optimizing performance and managing risks throughout the project. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, assessing current infrastructure, and proposing effective migration strategies to AWS. You will collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives, ensuring that customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud.

You will also provide technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a key player in driving customer success. Your role will involve staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, allowing you to offer innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of your clients. You will be responsible for leading discussions with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project. Your contributions will directly impact the success of AWS Professional Services and the satisfaction of our customers.
