Job Description
Who you are
You have significant employee relations experience and a deep understanding of best practices in the field. Your strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams. You are adept at managing complex employee relations issues and ensuring that every employee is treated fairly and respectfully, in line with the organization's core values. You possess the ability to analyze large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Your experience includes facilitating employee listening sessions and designing training programs that foster positive employee relations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with senior managers and the People Experience & Technology (PXT) teams to create and sustain effective employee relations programs. You will be responsible for both proactive and reactive employee relations strategies, ensuring that the organization adheres to its core business values and objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop executive-level messaging, reports, and presentations that communicate key insights and recommendations. Your role will involve identifying patterns in employee feedback and implementing best practices to enhance the overall employee experience. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the organization's goal of becoming Earthβs Best Employer by fostering a culture of respect and fairness.
