Job Description
Who you are
You have significant experience in employee relations, demonstrating deep subject matter expertise and strong leadership skills. Your ability to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships allows you to manage a broad spectrum of employee relations issues independently. You are committed to ensuring that every employee is treated fairly and respectfully, aligning with Amazon's core business values. Your experience includes facilitating employee listening sessions and designing training programs that foster positive employee relations. You are adept at working with both quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes of employee concerns and develop actionable solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with senior managers and the People Experience & Technology (PXT) teams to create and sustain positive employee relations programs. You will be responsible for proactively addressing employee relations issues and implementing best practices across the organization. Your role will involve significant travel within the UK and Ireland, as well as occasional travel to other parts of Europe. You will lead initiatives that support Amazon's goal of being Earthβs Best Employer, ensuring that employee treatment is consistent with the company's values and objectives. You will also analyze employee feedback and data to drive improvements in employee experience and engagement.
