You are adept at project managing workforce changes and ensuring compliance with country-specific employment laws. You provide pragmatic guidance to business leaders while balancing fairness and business impact. You are resilient and can manage high case volumes and shifting priorities effectively.

What you'll do

As an Employee Relations Business Partner at Snowflake, you will lead end-to-end investigations across EMEA, focusing primarily on the UK. You will manage grievance processes, disciplinary actions, and documentation while developing case strategies. Your role will involve project managing workforce changes such as restructures and reductions in force, ensuring compliance with local requirements. You will build employee relations frameworks, policies, and processes in markets where they do not yet exist. You will work directly with senior leaders on sensitive or complex employee relations issues and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders during workforce planning.
