What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting data center operations. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance. Your role will involve hands-on work with equipment, including switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and centrifugal chillers.

You will collaborate with a team of engineers to support AWS infrastructure services, contributing to the design, planning, and operation of global data centers. Your efforts will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of the services that power global digital experiences. You will be a critical guardian of the technology infrastructure, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
