What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of our data centers. You will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting various systems, including switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and centrifugal chillers. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in ensuring that our facilities remain operational and efficient.

You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to tackle the most challenging problems in data center operations. Your role will involve monitoring systems, performing routine maintenance, and addressing any issues that arise to ensure seamless operations. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems, helping to enhance the overall efficiency of our data centers.
