Job Description
Who you are
You are an Engineering Technician with a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. You have hands-on experience with mission-critical facilities and understand the importance of uptime in data center operations. Your expertise in electrical systems, including three-phase electrical systems and diesel generators, makes you a valuable asset to our team. You thrive in environments where you can apply your technical skills to solve complex problems and ensure seamless operations. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in all your work. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various systems within our data center operations. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, UPSs, PDUs, and other critical equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing routine inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, and responding to equipment failures. You will collaborate closely with other technicians and engineers to address any issues that arise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the uptime and reliability of our services, making you a key player in our mission to keep the cloud running smoothly.
