Your expertise includes working with stand-by diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, and various cooling and power equipment — you thrive in environments where you can apply your technical skills to solve real-world problems. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
What you'll do
As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the Data Center Operations' Mission Critical Facilities — your role is crucial in ensuring that all systems are operational and efficient. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to support AWS data centers, contributing to the overall reliability of cloud services.
You will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring that all systems meet operational standards. Your hands-on troubleshooting skills will be put to the test as you address any issues that arise, working diligently to maintain the extraordinary uptime that AWS is known for.
