What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Amazon Connect, AWS's Contact Center as a Service offering. You will engage with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and demonstrate how AWS can address their needs effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies that resonate with potential clients. Your role will involve presenting AWS solutions to key decision-makers and guiding them through the sales process.
