What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their challenges, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless implementation process.
You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine the sales approach continually. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape the future of customer service solutions offered by AWS. Your role will involve presenting to executive-level stakeholders and participating in industry events to promote AWS services.
