Overview

Amazon is hiring an ITS Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistics of IT assets and ensure efficient inventory management. You'll coordinate with vendors and maintain high levels of customer service in Pune.

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a strong customer focus and a commitment to team success. You adapt quickly to new processes and procedures while managing a high volume of requests. Your flexibility and dedication allow you to maintain high productivity levels while ensuring quality support. You understand the importance of following standard operating procedures and maintaining accurate databases for your area of responsibility.

You have experience in logistics coordination, particularly in managing IT assets and accessories. Your ability to work closely with third-party courier and logistics vendors ensures timely and efficient shipment of goods. You are detail-oriented, capable of maintaining thorough stock inventory in the system, and skilled in coordinating inbound transportation of materials.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily logistics of IT assets, ensuring that all shipments adhere to established guidelines. You will manage all aspects of logistics, from pick-up assignments to invoice verification for logistics vendors. Your high level of customer orientation will be evident in your daily interactions with internal Amazon employees, as you facilitate the receipt of IT assets and update internal tools.

You will develop efficient processes and metrics for monitoring and reporting the performance of logistics vendors, identifying risks and creating mitigation plans. Engaging with vendors in a hands-on manner will be crucial to support timely communication of performance and ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly.
