You are comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment and are open to traveling within and outside of the regional work area as needed.

Desirable

Experience with hardware and network repair is a plus, as well as familiarity with cloud infrastructure. A background in technical documentation and problem-solving will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and ready to innovate solutions to improve data center operations.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data center operations that power millions of businesses and services worldwide. Your duties will include installing equipment, creating documentation, and troubleshooting issues within the data center space. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers to deliver the highest standards for safety and security. Your contributions will help keep the cloud running smoothly, supporting all AWS data centers and the infrastructure that ensures continual access for customers.
