What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of AWS data centers, ensuring that all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment are functioning optimally. You will collaborate with various teams to address challenges and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of AWS services, providing customers with continual access to the cloud.

You will engage in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of critical systems, working to resolve issues swiftly to minimize downtime. Your role will also involve participating in safety and security protocols, ensuring that all operations adhere to Amazon's high standards. As you grow in this position, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and contribute to larger projects within the data center operations team.
