What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating critical infrastructure systems within Amazon's data centers. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment are functioning optimally. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to maintain continuous access to AWS services.

You will participate in safety and security protocols, ensuring that the data centers meet the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and contribute to projects that enhance the efficiency of AWS operations. Your work will directly impact the reliability of cloud services that customers depend on.
