You are an Engineering Technician with a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems — you thrive in hands-on environments and enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment. Your experience includes working with diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, and cooling equipment, ensuring that mission-critical facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.

You have a keen understanding of data center operations and the importance of maintaining uptime — your attention to detail and problem-solving skills allow you to quickly identify and resolve issues that could impact service delivery. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that supports global digital experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating data center facilities, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers to ensure that all systems, such as UPSs, PDUs, and cooling towers, are functioning optimally. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining an extraordinary uptime of 99.999%, which is critical for our customers' access to cloud services.

You will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational protocols. Your role will also involve collaborating with other technicians and engineers to address any operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
