Who you are
You are an entry-level IT Support Engineer with a passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional support. You have experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, and you are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Your troubleshooting skills are strong, allowing you to effectively resolve technical issues for users. You are comfortable working night shifts and are adaptable to changing business needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will process tickets to triage and resolve customer issues, ensuring that all technical problems are addressed promptly. You will provision, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations and servers across various operating systems, including Windows and Linux. Additionally, you will configure and replace network infrastructure components such as switches, routers, and firewalls. Your responsibilities will also include providing remote support for Amazon Leo employees worldwide and participating in the hiring and training of new team members.
